Responsibilities:

• Handle general quantity surveying works
• Keep track of the records related to the progress of the projects and liaise with related parties
• Deal with sub-contractors and suppliers, including payment and valuation
• Deal with Client’s payments & variations
• Perform ad-hoc assignments/ tasks as and when required

 Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
• Possess relevant experience, especially on site and /or with contractors, will be an advantage
• A strong team player and able to overcome challenges
• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Assistant Quantity Surveyor
