Job Description
- Responsible for preparation and management of Architectural Design Packages and providing general CAD support to architectural team
- Responsible for utilizing CAD standards and procedures based on company standards
- Responsible for proper file management, hardware and software management, plotting and printing, etc.
- Be creative, organized and able to work well with a multi-cultural team
- Be able to manage file size and troubleshoot common errors
- To provide mentorship of junior members in the drafting team
- Higher Diploma in Architecture or with related experience over 20 years
- Minimum 10 years of experience preparing Architectural detail drawings for high level commercial projects
- Highly proficiency in AutoCAD latest version, able to create shortcuts and attribute blocks
- Good command of both written and spoken English, fluency in written Chinese is desirable
