• To review and respond accordingly to document and information transfers to ensure accuracy and to maintain project schedules
• To review and respond to drawings and specifications to ensure accuracy, coordination, communications and standards
• Possess experience in space planning, façade design and hospitality plan development
• Be creative, organized and able to work well with a multi-cultural team
• Able to demonstrate ability to lead a small team and participate in the design and production of full construction drawings for capital expenditure projects
• Degree holder in Architecture
• Minimum 10 years of experience in leading projects, particularly in large scale and high-rise projects. Macau hospitality work experience highly desired
• Architectural registration in DSSOPT or other countries is required
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
• Good command of both written and spoken English, fluency in written Chinese is desirable
