Responsibilities

• Prepare standard reports and KPIs reports to facilitate business reviews
• Prepare analyses on P&L, store development, KPIs, marketing programme and menu
• Prepare monthly forecast, quarterly business review, budget, AOP and update management and operations on the latest business trends
• Provide analytical and business support to business units when necessary
• Assist in various projects assigned, including data mining in various systems, report generation and checking, such as P&L, Financial Dashboard preparation
• Provide coordination work on projects & events

Requirements

• Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma in Accountancy or any other related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience
• Capable of analytical/ BI tools is highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, particular in Excel & PowerPoint, and able to adapt the use of new software, including BI/ dashboard tools, essBase and Oracle
• Excellent analytical skills on both business, P&L analysis and forecast
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skill, good team player, proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong business acumen and enthusiastic in F&B business
