Job Description
Duties & Requirements:
- To head the Maintenance Team;
- A practising member of HKIS(Building Surveying), RICS(Building Surveying), HKIA, RIBA, ICE, IStructE, HKIE(Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical) or equivalent;
- 3 years' post qualification experience with at least 1 year in the building maintenance in Hong Kong;
- Sound management and interpersonal skills
