Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for building services design and tender documents preparation
• Prepare schematic diagrams and tender drawings
• Design coordination and site coordination with clients, consultants and contractors
• Supervise workmanship and monitor quality of M&E installations
• Monitor project progress
• Attend testing & commissioning
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree or higher diploma in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5-7 years relevant experience in Building Services Engineering design
• (experience in Electrical/ELV system design for hotel projects is preferable )
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Good knowledge in autocad operation
• Engineering design experience in China projects would be an advantage
• Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Building Services Engineer.
