Job Description
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies / Building Services Engineering / Electrical / Mechanical / or related disciplines;
- Qualified Quantity Surveyor (MHKIS / MRICS): preferred (not a must) for the Post of Quantity Surveyor but a must for the Post of Senior Quantity Surveyor;
- Relevant working experience: minimum 3 years for the Post of Quantity Surveyor; minimum 5 years for the Post of Senior Quantity Surveyor; preferably with consultancy firm;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Good inter-personal and communication skills.
