• Responsibilites: 
• Handle OEM/ODM projects starting from Product Design to Mass Production
• Establish efficient and effective way of failure analysis in order to support the problem solving in the production
• To act as the key contact in communicating with high level management about project related matters and all cost control
• Communicate closely with overseas' headquarters on orders facilitation, shipments scheduling. product launch plan and problems shooting
• Ensure quality and on-time delivery of all products
• Develop product innovation so as to enhance competitiveness of products
• Work through the selection and testing all backing materials and the technical development and commercializing all other aspects
• Negotiate cost with vendors for category items 
• Requirements:
• Degree holder in Manufacturing, Production & Industrial Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid experience in production engineering field with 3 years in managerial capacity, preferably in Injection Moulded / Electronic and Foam related products.
• Proactive, resourceful & team-player
• Strong mechanical design abilities, with knowledge in electronic / injection products
• Extremely detail-oriented
• Good organization and planning skill
• Be able to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
• Familiar with SolidWork, Autocad, Pro-E or any other 3D software
• Excellent PC knowledge in MS office (Excel)
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Frequent travel to China is required
