We are seeking a video producer to join our creative team. This candidate must have excellent story telling sense and is able to generate stunning video content. He or she must be highly conceptual with the ability to execute his or her ideas.

Major role and job responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the overall video production work including pre-production, storyboard, production, scheduling, editing, lighting and sounding
• Create exciting and intuitive storyline and storyboards that can visualise strong concepts from compelling and original material
• Develop ideas, treatments and scripts that help deliver Clients' message
• Monitor multimedia content quality, and edit as required
• Manage the team responsibility from production to editing
• Analyze and incorporate user feedback into editing iterations
• Always be a step ahead by keeping an eye on the latest trends and techniques in video production; keep exploring references of different styles of video for pitching

Major job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in creative media, communications, film/video production, or related field/equivalent industry experience
• 3+ years of video production experience
• Experience with design thinking, user-centered design, creative and emphatic storytelling abilities and detailed communication of storyboards
• Superior written and verbal communications skills in Chinese & English are essential with experience in various video content types
• Proficient with standard design tools such as After Effects, Premiere, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Ability to draw/create illustrations is a major plus
• Experience filming with DSLR cameras and other camera equipment is also a major plus
