The incumbent will support the Design & Project Team to conduct feasibility study and investment opportunity, and to manage project planning activities of property development and renovation projects from inception to completion.   He/she will carry out feasibility study for asset enhancement and property acquisition with familiar of Government Lease and land grant conditions.  He/she should familiarize project administration including contract and budget preparation for new and renovation project as well as asset enhancement work.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, qualified register architect.
• Minimum 8 years architectural design experience in residential projects and all round project management skill in major developers or consultant firms for property development and asset enhancement projects.
• Able to work under pressure and commit to project deliverables
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
