Reporting to General Manager, Project Management, the incumbent will assist in the management of the design, construction and related activities of an assigned development or asset enhancement projects with due regard of sustainability, quality, time, cost and social responsibility requirements from conception to project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or equivalent
• Corporate member of HKIE, ICE or equivalent
• Minimum 10 years working experience on building construction projects, in which at least 3 years at managerial level
• Previous working experience with property developer is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and commit to project deliverables
• Creative with good communication and management skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
