The HONG KONG INSTITUTE OF LANGUAGES (HKIL) is now inviting energetic and self-motivated candidates for the above position. We are looking for mature & passionate individuals to join our team.

Job Duties:

• Provide professional consultations to prospective clients who want to learn/improve a second language (i.e. English, French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese and Japanese)
• Work closely with the other departments to deliver an outstanding student experience
• Enhance student experience by providing an excellent service
• Sensitive towards students' needs and able to maintain sound relationship
• Handle incoming enquiries on a daily basis
• In charge of student enrollment and retention
• Participate in marketing activities & social functions
• Record and maintain student information timely and accurately
• Help with day-to-day operations of the school

Requirements:

• Degree/diploma holder is preferred
• At least 1 year of direct / consultative selling experience
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• PC and Internet Literate with good Microsoft Office skills
• Customer oriented, hard-working, result oriented with positive attitude
• Self-motivated, detail oriented and able to work under pressure
• Good command of English strongly preferred
• Experience in the education sector would be an added advantage
