Monthly Salary Range: HK$32,840 – HK$54,550

Duties:    The appointee will be responsible for programme management and part-time teaching for a series of well-designed programmes (including executive certificates, postgraduate diploma, and/or master degrees) in the fields of innovation management and entrepreneurship during weekday evenings and/or weekends.

Requirements: Candidates should have at least a Master’s degree from well-recognized universities along with substantial relevant professional experience and industry exposure as well as strong interest with confidence in teaching some of following areas:

[1] Commercialization of Innovative Products

[2] Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship

[3] Intellectual Property Asset Management

[4] Digital Innovation for Business Growth

[5] Change Management for Innovation

[6] Other areas of innovation & entrepreneurship business education

Proven track record and experience of high quality outcome-based teaching and/or corporate training (in particular with well-known enterprises) will be a definite advantage.

Terms of Appointment: Salary placement will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The contract will normally be for 2 years with the possibility of renewal subject to review.  A contract-end gratuity (taxable) will be payable upon satisfactory completion of the contract.  Medical and dental benefits, annual leave and the use of sports and library facilities will be provided where applicable.  The School also provides staff development opportunities.
