Soccer Coach (Part-time / Full-time), Hong Kong-based

Job Description

• Provide professional soccer experience and training for an assigned group of individuals
• Organize fitness exercises as part of the training program
• Develop training programs, monitoring and enhancing performance
• Responsible for players' attributes verification process, record and assign scores to the attributes of each individual

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years coaching experience
• FA Level 3 (AFC C) equivalent or above is an advantage
• Applicant with less experience will considered as assistant coach
• Capable of managing and leading individuals and groups
• Analytical ability (read the pitch) for assessing individuals and teams
• Flexibility to adapt teaching methods for different ages and abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills to manage and influence towards a positive outcome.
• Good organisation skills, with an ability to maximize personal/team performance
