Responsibilities:

• Develop strategies, initiatives and all-round product proposition
• Research and develop prototype for new products on cloud and security
• Think creatively and strategically about developing a new network and cloud products, leading to thoughtful recommendations and action plans
• Acquire new technologies and apply them to the products and customer cases
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor / SI and perform quality assurance for their work
• Prepare customer solution proposal for new products and support the pre-sales process
• Manage product deployment projects and interface with related parties for execution
• Work with post-sales teams to develop support processes and R&R
• Work with the operation team and vendors to help fixing application problems
• Keep up-to-date the latest trends in the telecom industry, apply market insight and creativity in new product development and perform competitive analysis

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information System or related discipline
• 8-10 years working experience in cloud or network security or related industries
• Good knowledge on building a cloud platform, network security and related development
• Experience on cloud project management, managed security development is a definite advantage
• Knowledge of international business is a plus
• Innovative, self-motivate and able to work independently
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese and proficient in Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Product Manager
