Job Description

• Responsible to develop, implement and maintain the Health, Safety, Security and Environmental policy in compliance with the Corporation’s standard and related regulations in HKSAR.
• Conduct internal audits and management review to ensure compliance with all legal and corporate requirements, and continuous improvement on HSSE System
• Identify risks/hazards in the operation procedures and initiate corrective actions proactively.
• Perform independent site inspections and organize management walks
• Oversee and ensure regular and proper site safety inspections to petrol stations/fuel barges are carried out
• Take charge in managing accident and injury investigation program and to conduct statistical analysis.
• Develop contingency plans and measures for emergency issues and monitor its effectiveness.
• Provide consultation and organize HSSE training and promote safety awareness to all levels of staffs including front line operators.
• Overseas the maintenance of OHSAS18001, ISO9001 systems and their internal audit results.
• Perform ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by the Management.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Environmental, Health and Safety, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Qualification of Registered Safety Officer and Registered Safety Auditor under Labour Department of HKSARa must.
• Qualified auditor in ISO9001 / OHSAS18001 an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience in HSSE, of which at least 3 years in managerial position with OilIndustry.
• Have good understanding in legal requirements pertaining to Environment, Occupational Health and Safety in HKSAR.
• Good management and organizational skills,
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin), both spoken and written.
• Good Knowledge in using Excel, Chinese input, power point for reporting.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Manager.
