Job Description
Job descriptions:
- Plan and Perform Quality assurance testing of Simbans Tablets and Toys.
- Diagnosis of Tablet device problems including shattered screens, blackout, charging problems, software problems or dead batteries
- Conduct UAT (user acceptance testing) on new products and create reports for management.
- Create troubleshooting documents for common tablet issue.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate holder in IT / Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- 2 to 3 yeas of experience in mobile device repair
- Good Chinese and English speaking skills
- Energetic and positive mindset
Salary - $15K to $25K
