Job Description
-
At least a Bachelor degree holder in Chemical, Sanitary, Environmental, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with professional membership of a recognised institution in Environmental, Chemical Engineering or Industrial field (IChemE, CIWEM or equivalent)

Over 10 years of relevant working experience in planning, designing and managing environmental infrastructure projects particularly in potable water, waste water and waste business sectors

Candidates are expected to monitor, supervise and provide technical and contractual advice to team members for execution of projects from tendering to design work, project planning, procurement and site supervision, commissioning and operation

Provide strong technical leadership to others in group and to multi-disciplinary project teams

Lead teams for project delivery

Build, manage, and mentor a high performance engineering team

Process dynamic leadership, effective communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated, independent, and able to work under pressure with strong knowledge in project management and problem solving skills

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
