Responsibilities

• Perform in-house and on-site technical support to contractors and end customers
• Handle project coordination, installation supervision, T&C and handover process
• Conduct trainings and seminars to contractors and end customers
• Support sales teams to provide pre-sales and after sales services
• Analyze technical issues, problem solving and handle warranty claims                     
• Work closely with international technical teams and headquarters to resolve any issues
• Handle ad-hoc job tasks as assigned                                       
• Ocassionally travel to China and overseas    

Requirements

• Diploma or above in IT with good knowledge on Electronics
• Minimum 2 years experience in technical support, maintenance service or project management
• Hands on experience on system network, Internet technologies and Windows
• Basic knowledge on Linux and SQL Database
• Experience or know how on mechanical automation is an advantage
• Self-motivated, customer-focused, teamwork and strong sense of responsibility
• Good Interpersonal skill, good command in written and spoken in English and Putonghua
• Participate on-site technical and product trainings
