To be qualified for the assignment, the candidate should have the following elements:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing, Business, Engineering or related Disciplines
• Holder of EMBA or MBA will be preferred
• Over 25 years in the profession of Procurement and Supply Chain Management with not less than 5 years in very Senior Management level in a sizable company
• Candidates with working experience in Electronic and Manufacturing Industries especially in large enterprises or Hong Kong listed companies will have extra credit
• Strong in formulation business strategies and execution plans in relation to Supply Chain Management to achieve the business objectives of the company with proven track records
• Competent in managing supply chain planning and related activities including production planning, material procurement, inventory control, rate setting, warehousing, logistics, outsourcing, vendor selection and distribution
• Very good understanding of the Electronics Industries as well as the associated challenges and business opportunities
• Good at sourcing and negotiating with the right suppliers and monitor their performance to the satisfaction of the company
• Competent in managing sizable teams with good track records
• Possess good leadership, management, negotiation, people, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• Good understanding of the business and people cultures of PRC, Asia, US and European
• Willing to travel if the job requires
