Job Description:

• Lead a team in control room to ensure the day-to-day smooth running of systems operations
• Work closely with incident team and CS team for to maintain the operations efficiency 
• Overseeing all the data collection and regular checking on the systems to ensure normal functioning. 
• Procedures implement under emergency or incident situations. 
• Support the formulation of Standard Operations Procedures to ensure the optimization of system operations 
• Oversee and monitor the security systems in order to deter and protect against all hidden security threats and unauthorized activities.
• Coordinate dispatch and communications, emergency response, incident management, and organization wide notification for select incidents.
• Provide support and instruction, response upon detection of unauthorized suspicious, or problem activities.
• Work with system administrators to maintain the security systems, devices and infrastructure to ensure the system integrity.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor degree with IT related discipline
• Holder of valid Security, Personnel Permit & QAS Certificate.
• Strong in leadership with interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years of experience with related experience in control room environment in security industry or related background  
• Knowledge in security systems and equipment in business environment
• Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
• Able to work on shift and have flexibility in working hour
• Good computer skills
•  Fluency in English and Cantonese is a must
