Provide HR service support for front-line staff:

• Handle new hire formality (i.e. personal information form and MPF enrollment form)
• Update and maintain employee' record in HRIS
• Handle insurance enrollment and claim follow up
• Staff leave record management
• Assist in payroll calculation and pay-slip distribution
• Assist in HR letter preparation
• Assist recruitment activities
• Maintain P-file system

Admin duties:

• Assist in full spectrum of office administration work including daily procurement, stationery ordering, contract management, fixed asset management, seating arrangement, office safety and security, etc;
• Record staff attendance record and prepare monthly report
• Provide back up support for receptionist duties including handle telephone enquiries and visitors greeting when necessary
• Provide support in company events, project and other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirement:

• 2 years's experience gained in sizeable companies and exposure in retail industry is an advantage
• Knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing
• Good communication, negotiate and interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, well-organized, self-motivated, detail-mined, patient and able to work under pressure
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be consider as Assistant HR & Admin Officer
