Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in all aspects of Administration and Human Resources project follow up and coordination
- To support the recruitment processes through sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, hiring and retention
- To assist office administrative duties in renovation, maintenance and logistics supply
- Compile, co-ordinate and update various general administrative/ personnel/ retail operations matter
- Other related ad hoc projects
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or degree holder in Human Resources Management or other business related discipline
- Minimum 4 - 5 years working experience in HR and Administration field
- Good communication and organization skills
- Detailed-minded, motivated and willing to learn
- Good spoken / written English and Chinese, Putonghua is a plus
- Proficiency in PC operations, including Chinese Word Processing, MS Word, MS Excel
