Roles and Responsibilities

•          Be the technical lead with hands on participation to manage engineering projects.
•          Maintain specifications and schedules.  Install new tools and upgrade existing as required.
•          Develops and implements Equipment Engineering processes, procedures, and standards.
•          Manage and provide assistance to technician in system build influencing in a constructive manner.
•          Work with cross module teams to identify and solve complex integration problems.  Must be able to communicate and effectively work on cross functional teams.
•          Take care of customers’ technical enquiries and provide prompt service support (equipment installation, process optimization and after sales service support).
•          Keep regular contact with customers on their requirements and follow up outstanding issues.
•          Provides on-site support on customer and vendors production floors, if necessary.

Requirements:

•          Degree holder in engineering, industrial technology or related discipline.
•          At least 3 years practical experience in equipment engineering design or implementation, preferably in semiconductor industry.
•          Strong self-initiator with “can-do” mindsets to drive business objectives independently.
•          Multi-tasks and result-oriented.  Think out of the box and come up with solutions that truly achieve the project targets in aggressive timelines.
•          Data analysis and problem solving skills.  Ability to break big tasks into smaller pieces to avoid distraction.
•          Project management and planning skills.  Must demonstrate the ability to define project milestones and execute as planned.
•          Good presentation skill.  Effective communication in English and Mandarin for work.
