Job Duty:

• Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring that the performance of entire production process complies with corporate standard, i.e. hygiene, product safety quality, quantity and production time and ensure smooth production
• Motivating teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Assisting in quality check for products
• Assisting in ad hoc projects as required 

工作要求:

• 監管審視及確保整個生產流程合乎公司定下標準, 例如衛生, 食品安全度, 生產時間, 整個生產工序流暢度
• 具有良好溝通技巧與各部門實踐公司營運目標
• 協助監管公司產品質素
• 其他指派工作。

Job requirement:

• F.5 or above in related disciplines
• Self-motivated, Fluent in Cantonese,
• Good Personal hygiene awareness,
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Fresh graduate is also welcome
