Duties:

• Handling baggage and guest enquiries
• Handling guests correspondences
• To introduce rooms / hotel facilities and services to guests
• Co-ordinate with external service providers to meet residents' needs
• Assist in ad-hoc project

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• 2 year or above relevant experience in hospitality industry preferred
• Pleasant, cheerful, outgoing with customer-oriented mind
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Holder of Security personnel permit preferred
• Shift duty required
