Responsibilities:

• Communicate with travel agent regarding business, via phone, email or in person
• Motivates agents’ interest and commitment in selling our products
• Maintain and update sales news, itinerary, fare, product information and policies to travel agents
• Initiate and liaise joint promotion with travel agents
• Maintain and update appropriate database of agency profiles and sales call information
• Oversees agency performance to push sales on a measurable areas
• Analyzes inventory
• Good communication with internal departments for business development.

Requirements:

• Diploma or University Graduate , major in Tourism field
• 1-2 years working experience on travel industry or sales experience in related field is an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communications skills of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills required for communication with management, other departments, agencies and colleagues. Leadership ability.
• Immediate available preferred.
