Job Description

Job Description:
- Handle customer inquiries by emails and phone calls.
- Record & transfer client's inquiries
- To liaise with various departments for client's issue
- Other ad-hoc project will be assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma holder or above
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good in Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin). Conversational in English
- Night & Overnight shift are required
- Fresh graduated will be considered
