Responsibilities :

• Develop and manage corporate, leisure and FIT accounts
• Meet surpass budgeted revenue and room-nights in the selected market segments
• Analyze current and potential markets/trends, coordinate sales activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rates
• Create and implement programs to achieve greater productivity
• Sales Blitz with Coporate Sales team to maximize the high yield business
• Maintain a good relationship with companies

Requirements :

• Degree or Diploma holder in Hotel / Hospitality Management
• Minimum 3 years sales experience in luxury hotels/ serviced apartments
• Highly motivated achiever, with outstanding communication skills
• Must have the ability to identify, pursue and convert business opportunities
• Experience in luxury market preferred
• Have a natural flair for sales and be energetic
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
