Job Description:

• Assist Restaurant Manager to maximize business and profitability of the store through effective and continuous selling activities and controlling operation costs.
• Ensure quality products and services are delivered and served to guests 
• Assist in overseeing the running of all food and beverage outlets to achieve customer service and sales revenue
• Working as part of the floor team at the restaurant
• Identify areas of improvements and finding effective solutions
• Liaise closely with Head chef
• Involve with staff hiring
• Cashier Supervison

To join our  team, you need:

• Secondary school graduated, diploma in hotel management / Food & Beverage would be an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in Food& Beverage industry.
•  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• A team leader as well as a team player
• Sound knowledge of food, drinks and wine would be an advantage
• Hygiene supervisor certificate / Hygiene Manager Certificate would be an advantage 
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Restaurant Officer
