Job Descriptions

• Handle leasing & marketing activities including but not limited to market research, lease negotiation, tenancy search, tenancy administration and lease enquiries etc
• Responsible for achieving leasing goals of the Food Court through managing various initiatives, campaigns and events
• Prepare leasing report and conduct market research and analysis data for market trends
• Maintain and build good relationship with tenants
• Handle enquiries and complaints 
• Maintain filing system and related documentation
• Assist in formulating and implement development and expansion strategy
• Coordinate with other departments for design and fitting out related matters
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / F&B or a property related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of F&B or retail leasing related experience; experiences in F&B industry will be an advantage
• Proactive, positive work attitude and willing to work under pressure
• Strong business sense with good logical and analytical mind
• Customer focus with good communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong PC skills, in particular MS Office & Chinese Word Processing
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for the position of Senior Leasing Officer
• Immediately available is preferred
