Job Description
DUTIES
- To assist Front Office Manager in managing the Front Desk, facilitating and coordinating the activities of the different shifts for smooth and efficient flow in all transactions geared towards individual guest satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of Front Office supervisory role of above
- Customer oriented, good communications and positive attitude
- Strong leadership skills, training skills and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Computer literate; knowledge in Opera system is an advantage
