We are a Hong Kong’s leading enterprise system solution provider. Our Hong Kong office is seeking a Project Coordinator.

Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal and external parties throughout the project cycle and to ensure the projects are completed on time
• Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
• Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Ensure clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
• Provide daily administrative support and assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in business, information technology or relevant disciplines with at least 1 year of experience in project coordination. Knowledge of coding is not required.
• Literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English 
• Good organizational and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work independently, attention to details and self-motivated are essential
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Less experienced candidate will be considered as Project Assistant
