Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for liaison with suppliers and distributors
• Follow up with goods ordering, goods return, and goods replacement
• Prepare reports
• Check warehouse stock in/out
• Data entry for Inventory System and other admin. Job
• Assist other ad-hoc project as assigned 

Requirements:

• 1 year purchasing experience and preferably in IT industry
• DSE or above
• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese WP
• Independent, mature, honest, proactive, eager to learn and willing to work under pressure

Working Time:

Mon - Sat      9:00am - 1:00pm (excluding public holiday)
