Responsibilities

• Lead complex application delivery efforts which involve multiple teams

• Identify and Evaluate client business challenges and work with the team to come up the business solution

• Design, document, and develop content applications that can integrate different technologies

• Communicate with clients and business analysts to translate business requirements into technical requirements

• Communicate with different vendors, partners, and stakeholders

• Forecast work efforts required for each phase of a project, closely monitor the project schedule

• Searching for cutting-edge technologies

• Timely report to executive and Senior Management

• Work with teams to capture best practices and develop case studies and other core deliverables to build solution offerings

• Define disaster recovery and business continuity planning processes, periodic reviews and advises IT standards and procedures

• Participate in industry forums, events to gain industry recognition

• Team & Individual Development – Maximize team performance through an effective team coaching that increases productivity and job satisfaction

• Support recruiting and onboarding of new employees

Qualifications Required Experience

• Must have deep knowledge of project management, PMP or PRINCE2 certifications are highly desirable

• Requires 10 years minimum prior relevant experience with solution authoring/design and security modelling/design

• Knowledge of FileNet P8 (eForms, workflow, Workplace, Content Navigator, FileNet APIs, etc.) is highly desirable

• Solid hands-on experience in development using J2EE, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Spring, and SQL.

• Experience in the following technologies is a plus:

a. Database experience with DB2 or Oracle or SQL Server

b. Experience with Websphere

c. Project management skills and Appian business process management (BPM) experience

• Bachelor degree or above, Major in Computer Science or related
