The Systems Administrator will be responsible for:

• To manage IT systems, email, internet, network along with Oracle EBS support.
• Provide Oracle EBS technical support to Group end users.
• Perform system design, development, documentation, testing and user training
• Design and develop reports and templates according to business needs
• Configure applications to further support and facilitate the business
• Deploy effectively the Business Intelligence module of Oracle to ensure management reports are generated as required
• Communicate and coordinate with all relevant internal stakeholders, business units and corporate functions, as required

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Over 5-8 years’ experience gained in an international environment, of which minimum 3 years direct experience in Oracle EBS R12 development and support
• Strong technical skills 
• Knowledge of one or more Oracle EBS Modules (AR, AP, CE, FA, GL and HR), with Softmar knowledge a plus
• Exposure to the commodities and/or shipping industries a plus
• Fluent English, and preferably Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent team player
• Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
• Flexible and adaptable
• Immediate available is highly preferred
