Job Description
Perform application knowledge transfer from current application teams on agreed application systems and maintain such knowledge base using Sharepoint
Identify the improvement needed, and work with relevant support parties to make recommendation of automation and/or process revamp to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of production support work
Perform root cause analysis to serve production issues and coordinate the application teams and relevant support parties to fix the issue
System documentation on the current application environment including application design, architecture, system flow, database/interface specification
