Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for on-site IT support include hardware diagnostic, operating system and software installation
Provide end-user technical support and conduct troubleshooting on hardware, software, network and other computer services both Office and Retail Shop
Provide support in computer networking and hardware maintenance.
Prepare IT documentation and reporting

Job Requirements:

HKDSE or above in Information Technology related disciplines
At least 1 year working experience in IT supports, preferably in Retail industry.
Experience in Windows support, hardware / software support
Experience in Email / mobile device support
Good communication skills, hardworking and independent
Able to work in tight schedule and under pressure
Immediate available is highly preferred
