RESPONSIBILITIES

• To be responsible for project and logistics coordination and on-site supervision;
• To liaise with vendors/ suppliers for providing goods or services in highest quality standard;
• To develop the long-term relationship between the company and vendors/ suppliers.
• To make daily report to Manager about the status of on-going project.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma holder in Construction/Building Studies/Building Services is preferable
• 1-2 years of project coordination experience will be an advantage;
• Proficiency in both English and Putonghua speaking would be an advantage.
• Good time management and communication;
• Proactive and detail oriented;
• Independent and self-driven;
• Hardworking and being able to overtime working.
• Candidate is required to work outsides HK, i.e. Macau, Zhuhai and Guangdong province etc.
