Requirments

• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of Configuration Management policies and standards.
• Develop and implement the Configuration Management Framework, policies and operating procedures and ensure compliance within the organization
• Ensure that the ITSM tool that contains the CMDB is correctly defined, documented, implemented and populated
• Manage and maintain the CMDB central libraries, tools, common codes and data. Including identification, control, status reporting, verification and audit of Configuration Items (CIs)
• Manage system asset lifecycle and maintain application inventory information to ensure accuracy and quality.
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related majors.
• Have good understanding about Software Development Lifecycle and Software Engineering Process. 
• Work experience in Excel and PPT. Familiarity to implement automated data checks in Excel will be advantageous.
• Good at planning prioritization for tasks and ability to coordinate with different department, ability to work with all levels including management
• Good spoken and written English

• Communicate with business and IT stakeholders to understand, collect, analyze and articulate software component management requirements.
• Maintain timely communications with stakeholders throughout the IT product lifecycle to ensure requirements are aligned with enterprise standards.
• Read and understand global guidelines, create high-quality analysis and presentation documentation.
