Job Description
Responsibilities:
. Responsible for network, computer and other IT equipment maintenance
. Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, track computer system issues to resolution
. Contact external suppliers or vendors to solve daily IT problems
. Provide desktop support.
Requirements:
. Knowledge of LAN technologies, Switches, firewalls, etc.
. Experience of IP addressing, administrating sub-nets and various routing models
. Troubleshooting, Installing & configuring the Windows，office, email server
. Preferably 2-4 years of proven experience on Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role.
