Responsibilities:

• Provide hardware and software support, network troubleshooting to both head office and remote offices;
• Monitor and maintain daily IT operations;
• Install, configure and manage servers, network devices, email system, etc.;
• Perform IT inventory tracking;
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and other projects.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years working experience in providing PC, LAN/WAN support and troubleshooting;
• Proficiency in hardware, software, Microsoft Office and related applications;
• Experience in backup solution, server and network administration, firewall/VPN, MS Exchange will be an advantage;
• CCNA / MCSE will be an advantage;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently.
