Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Deploy and manage IT Infrastructure and Application Servers
- Monitor online security for users and networks and takes appropriate procedures to address security breaches if necessary
- Liaise with vendors / contractors to ensure the service quality maintained
- Monitor team productivity and distribute workload to ensure maximum efficiency and drive for continuous service improvement
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 7 years working experience in handling IT infrastructure and service delivery
- Retail working experience is a MUST
- Solid knowledge of IT network, virtualization technology, IT Security, workstation operating systems, Microsoft Windows server, Unix/Linux server and Storage, especially VMware, MS Exchange, SharePoint, Active Directory and Microsoft Office suite
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated, good team player with multi-tasking capabilities and able to meet tight deadline
