Job Description

• Assist Manager in project management, requirement analysis, project document management and keep track on project progress
• Perform testing and troubleshooting on internal system
• Handling of IT procurements and vendor management
• Maintain the tools which already used and update by requirement
• Keep abreast of market information and conduct market research and analysis
• Collect, analyze, audit and summarize various business data and report to management regularly
• Establish various business reports and sales data, and prepare materials for presentation when necessary
• Assist Manager to facilitate and monitor assigned projects to meet business strategies
• Keen knowledge in data analysis and business intelligence, and being motivated to learn new skills
• Provide application support and assist in report generation

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science/ IT or related disciplines
• 2 years IT and BA Support experience
• Solid experience in MS Windows Server, MS Active Directory & MS Office
• Proficient in using MS office
• Detail oriented, disciplined and strong numerical and analytical skills
• A quick learner with sound analytical ability to pick up new knowledge
• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English
• Strong in analytical skill, detail- minded and work independent
• Immediately available is preferred

• 協助經理促進和監督已分配的項目以滿足業務策略
• 對數據分析和商業智能有一定的認知，並且有興趣接觸學習更多這方面的知識
• 提供應用程序支援並協助製作相關報表

入職要求

• 持有電腦/資訊科技高級文憑或以上學歷
• 2年電腦技術支援工作經驗
• 熟悉MS Windows Server MS Active Directory & MS Office
• 積極、獨立及具數據分析能力
• 具有良好分析及快速學習新知識的能力
• 良好書寫中、英文能力及良好英語
• 良好分析能力、細心、獨立處事能力
• 能即時上班者優先考慮
