Job Description
The Job
- Client: Property Developer
- Position: Senior Quantity Surveyor (HK x 3, PRC x 5)
- Responsibilities: Pre/Post Contract services; cost analysis, contract administration.
- Location: Hong Kong / Shanghai / Dalian / Tianjin / Chengdu / Guangzhou
Requirements
- Tertiary educated in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies or related discipline
- Professional qualification highly preferred; HKIS, RICS
- Min. 8 years experience in quantity surveying gained with property developers
- PRC project experience
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Travelling or station is required for PRC positions.
- More experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Contracts Manager
