Reporting to Accounting Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for:

Responsibilities

• In charge of all Sales & AR functions
• Handling full set of books for associated company
• Preparing relevant accounting schedule & bank reconciliation
• Supporting all department matters
• Ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements

• LCCI level 3 or Diploma in accounting
• At least 5-year accounting experience
• Beauty or retail industry is highly preferred
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Experience in MYOB
• Responsible, detail-minded with good communication skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Less experience may be considered as Senior Accounts Clerk
