Duties

• Handle helpdesk call service and provide technical support to the users including PC hardware, Mobile Device, Server, LAN and Office applications software such as Microsoft Office, Outlook Exchange at head office and remote offices.
• Perform evaluation, installation, configuration, administration and troubleshooting of resources including OS, hardware & software
• Administrate the corporate systems and automate routine tasks e.g. Windows 10 imaging
• Maintain support and operation related documentation & manuals
• Perform IT inventory tracking;
• Assist in ad hoc tasks and other projects.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above in IT or related discipline;
• Holder of MCITP or CCNA certificate or equivalent is an advantage
• 2+ years relevant working experience in providing PC, LAN/WAN support and troubleshooting;
• Strong PC hardware & software, MS Windows, Microsoft Office, basic server & network knowledge and related applications;
• Experience in backup solution, server and network administration will be an advantage;
• Experience in MDM system will be advantage; e.g. AirWatch
• Good interpersonal skills
• Passionate and is a good team player
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Mature, self-motivated, good team player and able to work independently
• Willing to work outside office hours and provide standby support when required
• Willing to travel remote site offices around HK
