Big Data Architect (BDA) is currently looking for System Architect for initial focus on Cloud and Cognitive solution (e.g. AI Chatbot) development

The ideal person for this job will be highly motivated by technical challenges, interested in learning new tools and systems, willing to dive into new domains, and able to demonstrate basic data analytical skill.  Candidate will be part of a talented solution consulting service team that works on mission-critical business solutions; participate in the overall design and development of applications and solution components.

Responsibilities

• lead and manage the technical team in the delivery of application development, AI type would be an advantage
• define the key business problems to be solved, formulating cognitive approaches to solve those problems
• design and development of medium-scale, distributed systems
• Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle
• Conduct research to support the development and evolution of the Company’s vision
• Prepare and produce releases of software components
• Support continuous improvement
• May need to work on customer site for specific project when required

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
• Minimum 3 years working experience in application development and/or project experience
• Cloud development and architecture
• API Design and development
• Database: MySQL, dashDB, MS SQL or similar
• Programming languages: Java, SQL, Python, Node.JS, Java Script
• Sound knowledge in Java web application and using common open source JAVA base framework (Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate)
• Capable to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
