Job Summary

This role will manage key and large-scale client projects as well as set up a PMO and establish frameworks for managing projects.

Major Responsibilities

• Establish frameworks and standards for project management.
• Ensure project manages follow the established standard.
• Manage logs on issue, risk, action, and decision.
• Analyze, monitor, and control profit and cost of projects.
• Manage changes and scope of project.
• Ensure projects are properly closed and adhere to the firm’s financial processes.
• Manage relationship with clients and senior stake holders.

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT or relevant discipline
• PMP or PRINCE 2 certification.

Knowledge & Experience

• At least 6 years of experience in managing sizable projects.
• Experience in implementing governance framework.
• Proven experience in successfully leading sizable teams of architects, designers, developers, and testers of application, and defining application blueprint and road map.
• Good experience in Agile or hybrid Agile.
• Good knowledge of common programming languages and frameworks, for example J2EE, .net, Phython, and so on.
• Able to communicate smoothly and effectively with all levels of clients’ management.
• Proficient in MS Project.
• Experience in large project for web and mobile application development is a plus.

Language

• Must be fluent in both English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
