Job Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day front-line support or troubleshooting users in a variety of working environments, including professional offices and manufacturing plant.
• Compose Standard Operation Procedure and conduct regular internal training.
• Withhold Corporate IT usage and security policies.
• Design, develop and maintain corporate web admin service.
• Maintain high effective helpdesk services, network and infrastructure availability.
• Coordinate team projects such as converting clients to new hardware, software, and network conversion.
• Coordinate support and project delivery with other regional MIS Department.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/ Higher Diploma holder in CS/IT or equivalent
• At least 5 years of post-graduate working experience.
• Knowledge on Microsoft DC and Lotus Domino are preferred.
• Able to communicate with various levels of end users.
• Understand garment industries of business, manufacturing and administration.
• Responsible and reliable worker who works well independently or as part of a team.
• Mature and responsible.
• May occasionally travel to other office such as at Mainland China or Southeast Asia.
• Immediate available would be an advantage.
